This policy explains what PADLAB collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what we will never do with it. This site is operated by PADLAB LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"). It is written in plain English on purpose.
What we collect, and why
We only collect what a real estate brokerage needs in order to answer you.
- Your name — so we know who we are talking to. You give it to us on a form.
- Your email address — so we can reply. You give it to us on a form.
- Your phone number — optional. If you give it to us, we use it to call or text you about your inquiry. Consent to be texted is covered in our Terms of Use, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.
- Your message, and the page you were on — so we can answer the question you actually asked, about the property or neighborhood you were actually looking at.
- Your IP address — recorded with form submissions for abuse prevention only (rate-limiting automated spam). It is not used to profile you, build an advertising audience, or track you across other websites.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy or sell contact information.
How long we keep it
Inquiries become a contact record in our own customer relationship system so that a conversation started today is not lost next month. We keep that record for as long as you are a client or an active prospect, and for seven years after our last contact where Arizona real estate record-keeping rules require it. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept for the retention period Arizona law sets for brokerage transaction files. You can ask us to delete everything that is not subject to a legal retention requirement — see Contact below.
Text messaging and your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
In practice, that means your phone number and your consent to be texted stay with us and with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf. They are never passed to another company to market to you.
Google user data
Signing in with Google is available only on our internal staff tools, not on this public site. When a member of our team signs in that way, we access only their name and email address, and only to identify their account. We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data.
That data is not sold, not transferred to anyone else except as needed to run the sign-in itself, not used for advertising, and not read by humans. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Who else sees your information
Only the service providers who make the site work — hosting, our database, and email and text message delivery — and only to the extent they need to in order to deliver the service. We also disclose information if the law requires it. That is the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the past twelve months.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required to serve the pages. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new "last updated" date.
